目的观察手术室整体护理联合麻醉护理的效果。方法选取医院收治的手术患者78例,按护理方法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组采用整体护理,观察组采用整体护理联合麻醉护理。比较2组护理满意度及手术室不良事件的发生率。结果观察组护理满意度为97.44%,高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05);观察组手术室不良事件发生率5.13%,低于对照组的23.08%(P<0.05)。结论手术室整体护理联合麻醉护理可提高护理满意度,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective To observe the effect of total anesthesia nursing in operating room. Methods 78 cases of surgical patients admitted to hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to nursing method, 39 cases in each group. The control group with the overall care, the observation group with the overall care combined with anesthesia care. The satisfaction rate of two groups and the incidence of adverse events in the operating room were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.44%, which was higher than that of the control group (79.49%, P <0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the operation room in the observation group was 5.13%, which was lower than that in the control group (23.08%, P <0.05). Conclusion The overall operating room anesthesia nursing care can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
