至多是20年前,在我国提出在哪儿养老的问题还几乎是没有意义的,因为传统观念一直认为,侍奉父母,养老送终是儿女天经地义的责任。“养儿”大约是很多人为自己的将来买下的最大的一份“养老保险”。 但是,即使是在20年前,问题也依然存在。70年代末,一出古装的豫剧曾经在全国引起轰动:《墙头记》,一出剧情平庸,表演也并不格外出色的传统戏,它不但在舞台上连演不衰,还拍成了电影在全国放映。这出戏引起了人们对孝道的关注,表面上看,这是对道德的诉求,但是实际上它表达的是人们对自己老来的关切。戏中骑在两个儿子家间壁墙上的老爹爹其实已经形象地勾勒出了人老处境的尴尬。只不过那时,道德的评价还掩盖着即将浮出水面的社会问题。
