银川市城区公安分局刑事犯罪情报资料工作经过几年来的艰苦努力,已经形成了一个渠道畅通的情报资料搜集和管理体系。现在,情报资料工作已经步入主动为侦察破案服务阶段。运用多种形式,强化情报意识建立情报资料的目的在于应用,光收集不应用体现不了建立情报资料的目的。只有很好地应用于现实斗争,发挥其作用,才能促进情报资料工作的深入发展。为此,分局十分注意对基层各部门领导的培训、教育,提高他们对使用情报资料工作的认识。分局还采用多种措施加强情报资料工作,例如对利用情报资料直接和间接破案的一律给予办案民警、检索检验人员重奖:凡填写认真,描述准确,建卡质量高,在侦察破案中
