目的观察诺氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年2月至2012年7月38例慢性前列腺炎患者,对患者进行诺氟沙星治疗,4周为一个疗程,进行综合疗效评价。结果经过诺氟沙星治疗,治愈20例,显效12例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率为94.7%。结论诺氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of norfloxacin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods A total of 38 patients with chronic prostatitis from February 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Norfloxacin was given to patients for 4 weeks for a course of treatment for comprehensive evaluation. Results After norfloxacin treatment, 20 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases effective and 2 cases ineffective with a total effective rate of 94.7%. Conclusion Norfloxacin has a significant therapeutic effect on chronic prostatitis and is worth promoting.
