随着经济全球化的发展,越来越多的人需要在异国他乡从事自己的工作,由此带来的问题让跨国公司付出了高昂的成本。因此可以帮助跨国职员适应外国文化、顺利完成工作任务的跨文化训练就显得尤为重要。本文首先根据之前的研究对跨文化适应中跨文化训练的有效性进行了阐释,然后通过分析影响跨文化适应的中介变量为跨文化训练的开展提供针对性的理论支持。
With the development of economic globalization, more and more people need to engage in their own work in other countries and regions. The resulting problems have caused multinational corporations to pay a high cost. Therefore, cross-cultural training that can help multinationals adapt to foreign cultures and successfully complete their tasks is of particular importance. Based on the previous research, this paper explains the effectiveness of intercultural adaptation training in intercultural communication and then provides theoretical support for the development of intercultural training by analyzing the intervening variables that affect intercultural adaptation.
