目的研究BCG激活的淋巴细胞对膀胱肿瘤细胞株TBC-1的杀伤作用。方法分离人外周血中的淋巴细胞,分别经BCG和IL-2刺激,检测淋巴细胞的增殖及其对TBC-1的杀伤活性。结果BCG刺激的淋巴细胞于不同效靶比40∶1、20∶1、10∶1对TBC-1的杀伤活性分别为(42·36±3·86)%、(29·19±2·39)%、(14·36±1·68)%。结论BCG刺激的淋巴细胞对膀胱肿瘤细胞株TBC-1有杀伤作用。
Objective To study the killing effect of BCG-activated lymphocytes on bladder cancer cell line TBC-1. Methods Lymphocytes in human peripheral blood were isolated and stimulated with BCG and IL-2 respectively to detect the proliferation of lymphocytes and their cytotoxic activity against TBC-1. Results The cytotoxic activity of BCG-stimulated lymphocytes against TBC-1 was (42.36 ± 3.86)%, (29.19 ± 2.39) )%, (14.36 ± 1.68)%. Conclusion BCG-stimulated lymphocytes have a cytotoxic effect on bladder cancer cell line TBC-1.
