《学记》是中国和世界教育史上第一部教育专著,本文从语文教师须有启发引导的意识和能力、因材施教的理念和“长善救失”的能力和掌握有效的语文教学方法三个层面探讨《学记》给语文教师职责及其内在素质方面的启示。
The book of learning is the first educational monograph in the history of education in China and in the world. This article requires that Chinese teachers have the awareness and ability of enlightenment guidance, the concepts of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes and the ability to save long-term good and the effective teaching methods of Chinese Enlightenment of “Xue Ji” to Language Teachers’ Duties and Their Intrinsic Qualities at Three Levels.
