为了确定淄博市机电泵类产品质量检验研究院真空泵测试系统的测量精度,需要对真空泵测试系统的不确定度进行评定。选择成熟型号为2BV-2060的水环真空泵进行试验,分别在孔板阀门全开、400 h Pa气量点和极限真空3种工况点下进行试验数据采集,每种工况点下各采集13组数据。依据不确定度计算方法,在Excel中分别对3种工况点下的气量、进气压力、转速和输入功率的不确定度进行计算。通过计算得知,以上4个测量量的不确定度均在标准规定的范围内。该评定方法为其他泵测试系统不确定度的评定提供了理论依据。
In order to confirm the measurement accuracy of the vacuum pump test system of Mechanical and Electrical Pumps Quality Inspection Institute of Zibo City, the uncertainty of the vacuum pump test system needs to be evaluated. Select the mature model 2BV-2060 water ring vacuum pump test, respectively, in the orifice valve full open, 400 h Pa gas point and the ultimate vacuum at three operating points under the experimental data acquisition, each operating point of the acquisition of 13 Group data. According to the calculation method of uncertainty, the uncertainty of air volume, inlet pressure, rotational speed and input power under three working conditions were calculated respectively in Excel. Calculated that the above four measurement uncertainty are within the standard provisions of the range. This assessment method provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the uncertainty of other pump test systems.
