烧伤的特点是皮肤生理屏障的损害,组织的坏死和体液的渗出。这些都是细菌最好的培养基,极易造成细菌的定植导致创面感染而加重局部组织损害,延长治疗过程。浅Ⅱ°烧烫伤继发感染病例在门诊外科较常见,有效的控制感染是治疗的关键环节。碘伏是碘与表面活性剂聚乙稀吡咯烷的复合物,其中有80%~90%的结合碘可解聚成游离碘而发挥较强的杀菌效力。通过对260例浅Ⅱ°烧烫伤病人采用稀释碘伏外敷治疗效果的统计观结果证明:碘伏具有稳定性强、杀菌作用持久,对皮肤黏膜无刺激的特点,对预防控制和治疗创面感染有明显的作用,同时其收敛特性对保持创面干燥也有很好的作用。

Iodophor is a complex of iodine and surfactant poly (vinyl pyrrolidine), of which 80% to 90% of bound iodine can be depolymerized into free iodine to exert strong bactericidal effect. Through the 260 cases of shallow Ⅱ ° burns patients treated with diluted iodophor effect of statistical results show that: iodophor has strong stability, long lasting bactericidal effect on the skin and mucous membrane without stimulation of the prevention and control of wound infection with Obvious effect, while its convergence characteristics to keep the wound dry also has a good effect.
