对于氦氖激光(λ=0.63μ)在由单频振荡变为多频振荡的过程中,可以找到激活物质的压力和激励电平之间的关系。本文研究的压力范围由0.52到6.3乇。实验结果比较符合理论。
For the He-Ne laser (λ = 0.63μ), the relationship between the pressure of the active material and the excitation level can be found during the transition from monofrequency oscillation to multi-frequency oscillation. The pressure studied in this paper ranged from 0.52 to 6.3 Torr. The experimental results are more in line with the theory.
