外语学习是一个相对特殊和复杂的过程,影响外语学习的因素大致可以分为2类——认知因素和情感因素。情感因素中的焦虑是影响外语学习的最关键因素,并有可能影响外语学习效果。因此,对于焦虑的研究有助于了解学生外语学习的多方面状况,从而帮助中职生降低外语学习中的焦虑。
Foreign language learning is a relatively special and complex process, the factors that affect foreign language learning can be broadly divided into two categories - cognitive and emotional factors. Anxiety in affective factors is the most critical factor affecting foreign language learning, and may affect foreign language learning. Therefore, the study of anxiety helps to understand the various aspects of students’ foreign language learning and help secondary vocational students to reduce anxiety in their foreign language learning.
