用超音速等离子喷涂技术制备了NiCrBSi涂层,并对涂层的组织性能进行了综合分析.用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了涂层的内部组织,用纳米压痕法测试了硬度和弹性模量,用拉伸试验法测试了涂层与基体的结合强度,用X射线应力仪测定了涂层沿厚度方向的残余应力的分布.结果表明,涂层内部比较均匀,具有较低的孔隙率和氧化物含量,涂层的纳米显微硬度达到15 GPa,纳米弹性模量达到200 GPa,涂层与基体的结合强度接近50 MPa,涂层具有很好的耐磨性和优异的力学性能.涂层内部分布着拉应力状态的残余应力,其随着距离涂层顶部距离的增加而逐渐降低.
The NiCrBSi coating was prepared by supersonic plasma spray technique and the microstructure and properties of the coating were analyzed.The internal structure of the coating was analyzed by SEM and EDS and the hardness and elastic modulus The tensile strength of the coating was measured by tensile test and the distribution of residual stress along the thickness of the coating was measured by X-ray stress meter.The results showed that the coating was more uniform and had lower porosity And oxide content, the nano-microhardness of the coating reaches 15 GPa, the nano-elastic modulus reaches 200 GPa, the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate is close to 50 MPa, and the coating has good abrasion resistance and excellent mechanical properties. The coating is internally distributed with residual stresses in the tensile state, which gradually decrease with increasing distance from the top of the coating.
