文化软实力是软实力的重要组成部分。一个地区的居民,用于文化方面的支出占全部消费支出的多少,可折射出该地区文化软实力的民生基础状况。近年来内蒙古居民收入不断增加,但用于文化消费支出占比并未相应增长。必须通过各种方式,促进自治区居民文化消费比重,方能打牢内蒙古文化软实力的民生基础。
Cultural soft power is an important part of soft power. The expenditure of a resident in a region on cultural expenditure accounts for the entire amount of consumer spending, which can reflect the people’s livelihood-based conditions of cultural soft power in the region. In recent years, the income of residents in Inner Mongolia has been continuously increasing, but the expenditure for cultural consumption has not increased correspondingly. We must promote the proportion of residents’ cultural consumption in various ways in order to lay a solid foundation for people’s livelihood in Inner Mongolia’s cultural soft power.
