新时代的要求,青少年要成为有道德修养的一代人才,只有这样才能是社会所需要的有用人才。为此,作为学校、家庭和社会,都要关心青少年的品行修养问题。作为教师,更要在平日里对学生进行思想品行的教育,在教学中潜移默化地进行熏染诱导,使他们的人格魅力不断强化。培养社会主义建设人才,培养合格劳动者、合格的公民的必然要求,学生所具有的良好个性品质,往往比知识更具有重要性,培养良好个性品质,是素质教育的重要任务。作为历史课的教学更是责无旁贷地对学生进行人格培养教育,因为历史有着源远流长的伟人事迹,它不断地感召着一代代人的成长。
