Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)是基底膜的主要胶原成份。Ⅳ-C分子绝大多数是由两条α_1(Ⅳ)链与一条α_2(Ⅳ)链构成的异三聚体结构,每个Ⅳ-C分子可分成四个组成部分,即两个三螺旋区(7S区或称次三螺旋区与主三螺旋区)及两个非胶原区(NC1与NC2)。在血清中主要存在形式为7S段、NC1段与主三螺旋区三种。用免疫学方法测定这三种片段均可较好地反映肝细胞损伤及肝纤维化程度,对肝病及早期肝纤维化诊断与活动程度估价均是很有价值的新指标。
Type IV collagen (IV-C) is the main collagen component of the basement membrane. The vast majority of Ⅳ-C molecules are heterotrimeric structures consisting of two α 1 (Ⅳ) chains and one α 2 (IV) chain. Each IV-C molecule can be divided into four components, ie two triple helix regions (7S region or sub-triple helix region and main triple helix region) and two non-collagen regions (NC1 and NC2). Serum exists mainly in the form of 7S, NC1 and the main three-helix zone three. These three fragments can all reflect the degree of hepatocellular injury and hepatic fibrosis better by immunological methods. It is a valuable new index to diagnose and estimate the degree of liver disease and early liver fibrosis.
