跨国企业境外投资是世界经济一体化的必由之路,在企业的可持续发展过程中扮演着越来越重要的角色。水电能源是典型的可再生能源,在能源供应结构中将呈持续增长的态势。本文在前人研究的基础上,结合已有的项目运作经验,立足中资企业境外水电投资存在的问题,从CDM机制的概念、开发条件、项目公司的机构配置及挑战、与非政府组织的相处等方面展开论述,讨论了如何依托CDM的额外性支持,提升我国企业海外投资的管理能力。
Overseas investment of MNCs is the only way for the world economy to integrate and plays an increasingly important role in the sustainable development of enterprises. Hydropower Energy is a typical renewable energy source and will continue to grow in the energy supply structure.
