在治疗学中应用具有相反效能的药物,使机体产生对立的互调效应,称之为双相互调治疗。自本世纪四十年代末和五十年代初把调节理论引用到医学领域以后,对中医学理论的实质性探讨起了一定的推动作用。祖国医学的双相互调治疗早在汉代张仲景《金匮要略》一书中已偶其科学的内涵。本文仅就调和阴阳、扶正祛邪、寒热并用、利水滋阴的立法组方以及药物的选择、剂量的变化、炮制等方面的双相性,略谈管见,意在抛砖引玉,其谬误之处,承蒙指教。
The use of drugs with opposite potencies in therapeutics causes the body to produce antagonistic intermodulation effects called double-intermodulation therapy. Since the adjustment theory was introduced into the medical field in the late 1940s and early 1950s, it has played a role in promoting the substantive exploration of TCM theory. The dual-intermediation treatment of the motherland medicine has already had its scientific connotation as early as in the Han Dynasty Zhang Zhongjing’s book “The Golden Chamber”. This article only discusses the duality of reconciling yin and yang, correcting evil, using cold and heat together, making use of water and nourishing yin, and the selection of drugs, changes in doses, concocting, and so on. Enlighten.
