我厂有台CW6180车床,担负着成批量机车车轴的半成品加工。切削时,车轴的一端由中心架的三只滑动套顶支承定位。由于滑动套顶与工件呈滑动接触,套顶磨损严重,必须经常调整套顶,以弥补磨损。为了从根本上解决滑动套顶磨损问题,我们对原结构进行了改装。具体如图所示。滑动套顶由原设计的单件改制成支架组合件。在支架1上安装滚动轴承3,型号规格为4074105单列无保持架滚针轴承,轴承装配在销轴7上,经止垫4和5作轴向定位。考虑到轴承不直接与工件相接触磨损,轴承外圈上配装滚轮2。
