目的:观察银杏叶提取物对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠腮腺和颌下腺组织结构变化。方法:Wistar大鼠喂以高糖高脂饲料加链脲菌素(STZ)建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病模型组和银杏叶提取物治疗组。8周后摘取大鼠腮腺及颌下腺组织,常规取材制片,HE染色,应用光学显微镜观察结构变化。结果:糖尿病组及银杏叶提取物组的大鼠血糖没有明显区别,但糖尿病组大鼠颌下腺腺细胞增生,淋巴细胞浸润,有局灶性坏死;腮腺腺细胞增生,脂肪变性,间质小血管玻璃样变性。银杏叶提取物组大鼠颌下腺的改变同糖尿病组,但腮腺结构改变明显,可见脂肪变性和小血管玻璃样变性减少,有的竟然完全消失。结论:链脲菌素诱导的实验性2型糖尿病大鼠,在腮腺和颌下腺引起不同的结构改变;银杏叶提取物可改善糖尿病大鼠腮腺的结构损伤,而颌下腺则无明显变化。
Objective: To observe the changes of parotid gland and submandibular gland in experimental type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: A rat model of type 2 diabetes was induced by high glucose and high fat diet plus streptozotocin (STZ) in Wistar rats. Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, diabetic model group and ginkgo biloba extract treatment group. After 8 weeks, the parotid glands and submandibular glands were harvested from rats and were routinely taken for HE staining. The changes of the structure were observed with light microscope. Results: There was no significant difference in the blood glucose between diabetic group and Ginkgo Biloba extract group, but there was focal necrosis of glandular cells in the submandibular gland of rats in diabetic group and focal necrosis of glandular cells in the diabetic group. The proliferation of glandular cells in the parotid gland, steatosis, transsexual. Ginkgo biloba extract group of rats with submandibular gland changes in the same group of diabetes, but the structure of the parotid gland changes significantly, showing reduced steatosis and small blood vessel degeneration, and some even completely disappear. CONCLUSIONS: Streptozotocin-induced experimental type 2 diabetic rats caused different structural changes in the parotid gland and submandibular gland. Ginkgo biloba extract could improve the structural damage of the parotid gland in diabetic rats, while there was no significant change in the submandibular gland.
