Introduction Potato is the fourth largest food crop in the world and also an important grain and vegetable crop in China. Now that China is the largest country in potato production in the world, the sown area and output of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region rank first in the country. Late blight of potato is a devastating disease of potato,
