可持续发展观的深入,公司社会责任日益受到重视。董事会是公司内部治理的核心机构,它的治理结构直接关系公司社会责任的践行。本文拟采用文献研究法,试图从董事会结构的成员构成、领导权结构、规模、专业委员会的设置四个维度,研究其对公司社会责任水平的影响。
With the deepening of sustainable development concept, corporate social responsibility has been paid more and more attention. The board of directors is the core organization of the company’s internal governance, and its governance structure directly relates to the practice of corporate social responsibility. This article intends to adopt the method of literature research, attempting to study its influence on the level of corporate social responsibility from four dimensions: composition of the board of directors, structure of leadership, size and setting of professional committees.
