本文通过铣削加工和钻孔加工来论述切削加工的发展趋向。铣削加工是以端铣刀为例,阐明了发展优良的刀具材料和采用不重磨刀片且能快速更换的端铣刀在延长刀具寿命、降低刀具成本以及提高切削效率等方面所收到的显著效果。同时,概括地指出在粗铣方面,采用波形切削刃的刀片可以提高加工效率。钻孔加工是以采用短钻头,不重磨钻头和扁钻等形式,以求延长刀具寿命,降低设备投资和提高加工效率的。同时还针对小孔径深孔加工中如何提高效率的问题做了概括的介绍。图24幅,表4个。
In this paper, the development trend of cutting machining is discussed through milling and drilling. Milling is an example of end mills that illustrate the significant improvements received in the development of superior tool materials and end mills that can be quickly replaced without using a re-sharpened insert in terms of extending tool life, reducing tool costs, and improving cutting efficiency effect. At the same time, it is generally pointed out that in the roughing, the use of corrugated cutting edge of the blade can improve the processing efficiency. Drilling is based on the use of short bits, non-reworking bits and flat diamond forms, in order to extend tool life, reduce equipment investment and improve processing efficiency. At the same time, aiming at the problem of how to improve the efficiency of the small hole deep hole machining, a general introduction is made. Figure 24, Table 4.
