新近研究发现内皮素(ET)是体内最强的缩血管物质,在血管痉挛和内皮损伤的疾病中有重要的发病学意义。本文采用特异性放射免疫法测定冠心病心绞痛发作时和恢复后的循环血ET水平,以探讨两者之间的关系。 1 材料与方法对象:20例我科住院患者,符合WHO标准诊断冠心病心绞痛,年龄61.2±6.8岁,男15例,女5例。标本的采集及处理:于心绞痛发作12小时和症状完全消失72小时两次采取清晨空腹卧位静脉血,2ml血放入有EDTA和抑肽酶(1000IU/ml)的试管内,-4℃和3000转/分离心10分,取血浆—20℃保存。同样
