作者对15名智力低下半合子和杂合子的脆性X染色体病人同20例无脆性X染色体智力低下病人、200例无亲缘关系健康人的指纹和掌纹所见进行比较。在脆性X染色体男性手指尖端部具有特有的涡形纹和兼高嵴纹计数的双箕纹以及掌折痕(猿线)。脆性X染色体女性携带者指、掌嵴纹表现某些异常。女性携带者和无脆性X染色体智力低下者,发现指嵴纹计数低。
The authors compared fingerprints and palmprint findings of 15 patients with impaired hematis and heterozygous fragile X chromosomes with 20 patients with impatient X-chromosome with impaired intelligence and 200 unrelated healthy individuals. In the male X-ray tip of the fingertips of men and women have unique vortex lines and double crest grain counts and palm creases (ape line). Fragile X-chromosome female carriers refer to palmar ridge patterns that show some abnormalities. Female carriers and non-brittle X chromosomes with low intelligence, finger ridge count was found to be low.
