“双鱼坝”是董志农业社在小崆峒山治理中所创造的一种新颖的土坝布置形式。该工程的主体是上下两座土坝被左右两条公用溢洪道巧妙的连接在一起,土坝与溢洪道土堤围成了一个不规则的椭圆形常清水塘。远处望去,溢洪道土堤如鱼身,翻花的泉水似鱼眼,其总形状象双鱼平卧,头交一起,尾部分离,群众起名“双鱼坝”。它的特点是:上坝拦泥,下坝蓄水,上坝保护下坝,下坝引水浇地,蓄水养鱼,双侧排洪,工程安全。土坝高度与两坝距离视下游水池的蓄水量而异,同时也要看劳力、技术条件如何再决定,可高可低、
