据环保部发布的《中国环境噪声污染防治报告》披露,我国目前有四分之一的城市夜间声测不达标。全国共收到环境噪声投诉35.4万件,占环境投诉总量的35.3%。其中,建筑施工噪声类占50.1%,社会生活噪声类占21.0%。按照经济区域划分,东部地区噪声投诉量占全国59.3%,远高于西部、中部和东北地区。
According to the “Report on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in China” released by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, at present, one quarter of the cities in our country do not meet the criteria for nighttime sound measurements. A total of 354,000 environmental noise complaints were received nationwide, accounting for 35.3% of the total environmental complaints. Among them, construction noise accounted for 50.1%, social life noise accounted for 21.0%. According to the economic zone division, the noise complaints in the eastern region accounted for 59.3% of the national total, much higher than in the western, central and northeastern regions.
