目的探讨颅脑超声在早产儿脑室周围白质软化(PLA)诊断中的地位和价值。方法应用多种频率探头,以新生儿囟门为声窗,对23例PLA患儿进行颅脑超声检查。结果23例PLA患儿侧脑室周围的脑白质回声明显异于正常新生儿。结论颅脑超声对早产儿PLA敏感性及方便实用性高于其他检查方法。
Objective To investigate the status and value of brain ultrasound in the diagnosis of periventricular leukomalacia (PLA) in premature infants. Methods A variety of frequency probes were used to detect cranial ultrasound in 23 cases of PLA with neonatal fontanelle as acoustic window. Results The brain white matter echo in lateral ventricle of 23 PLA patients was significantly different from that of normal neonates. Conclusion The sensitivity and convenience of cranial ultrasound in preterm infants with PLA is higher than other methods.
