选用苯酚、多聚甲醛、三乙烯四胺和硫脲为原料合成了一种固化剂,通过正交试验、凝胶和表干时间,粘度和拉伸强度测试等研究了不同原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对合成固化剂性能的影响,并采用红外光谱表征了固化剂的结构。结果表明,固化剂合成的最佳条件如下:苯酚、多聚甲醛、三乙烯四胺和硫脲物质的量比为1∶1∶1.7∶0.9,反应温度110℃,反应时间2 h,合成的固化剂可使环氧树脂在25℃下2 h固化。
