威海市妇幼保健院从抓好儿童保健系统管理入手，采用“ＩＣ卡儿童保健电脑管理系统”对社区０～３岁 儿童进行保健管理，一改过去老一套管理模式，使儿童保健技术含量增加，取得了令人满意的效果。
