目的探讨益气补肾固胎方辅助淋巴细胞主动免疫对体外受精-胚胎移植失败后再次胚胎复苏移植结局的影响。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选择胚胎移植后不明原因种植失败(≥2次)或自然流产而再次进行胚胎复苏移植的患者,以配合接受淋巴细胞主动免疫及中药治疗者为观察组,未接受中药及免疫治疗者为对照组。观察两组胚胎种植情况、妊娠情况及最终结局(流产、畸胎、分娩)情况。结果观察组与对照组比较,胚胎种植、临床妊娠、流产及分娩情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),生化妊娠、宫外孕及畸形情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气补肾固胎中药辅助淋巴细胞主动免疫,能明显改善体外受精-胚胎移植失败后再次胚胎复苏移植的妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the effect of active immunization with the supplement of Qi, reinforcing kidney and reinforcing kidney on the outcomes of embryo resuscitation after failed fertilization-embryo transfer. Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to select the patients who failed to transplant unexplained (> 2 times) or recurrent spontaneous abortion after embryo transfer to undergo embryo resuscitation and transplantation. In order to cooperate with patients receiving active immunization of lymphocytes and Chinese medicine for the observation group, they did not receive traditional Chinese medicine And immunotherapy for the control group. The situation of embryo implantation, pregnancy and final outcome (miscarriage, teratogenicity, childbirth) were observed. Results There were significant differences in embryo implantation, clinical pregnancy, abortion and delivery between observation group and control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in biochemical pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy and deformity between observation group and control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The active immunization of Chinese medicine-assisted lymphocytes by the Qi-reinforcing and tonifying-kidney solid-tire can obviously improve the pregnancy outcome after the embryo resuscitation and transplanting after the failure of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.
