在多年投资高速增长的大背景下,我国部分行业产能出现非理性扩张,产能过剩问题悄然累积。2008年的全球金融危机成为问题爆发的导火索,金融危机导致西方发达国家经济衰退,堵塞了我国产能出口渠道,从而引爆了生产过剩危机。产能过剩问题已成为当前我国经济领域的突出问题,并对宏观经济的健康运行产生严重影响。
Under the backdrop of rapid investment growth over the years, the capacity of some industries in our country appears irrational expansion and the problem of overcapacity is quietly accumulating. The global financial crisis in 2008 became a trigger for the outbreak of the problem. The financial crisis led to the economic recession in the developed western countries and blocked the export channels of China’s capacity. As a result, the crisis of overproduction was detonated. The problem of overcapacity has become a prominent issue in the current economic field in our country and has a serious impact on the healthy operation of the macroeconomy.
