随着我国住房制度改革的不断深化,商品房已成为居民住房的主要形式。商品房预售是目前房地产市场上最主要的商品房销售方式。本文将从商品房预售制度本身出发,阐明商品房买卖中消费者权益的具体内涵,剖析在商品房买卖中侵害消费者权益的问题及其成因,进而探讨如何完善在商品房预售中对消费者权益的保护。
With the continuous deepening of China’s housing system reform, commercial housing has become the main form of residential housing. Pre-sale of commercial housing is currently the most important real estate market sales of commercial housing. This article will proceed from the pre-sale system of commercial housing to clarify the specific connotation of the rights and interests of consumers in the sale and purchase of commercial housing, analyze the problems and causes of infringement on the rights and interests of consumers in the sale of commercial housing, and then explore how to improve the rights and interests of consumers protection.
