目的:分析AIDS危重患者治疗期间临床药学服务的全过程,探讨AIDS患者临床治疗与药学服务的模式。方法:对1例AIDS危重患者住院期间的临床治疗与药学服务进行全过程回顾性分析。结果:临床药师参与临床治疗AIDS患者在用药选择和指导上起到了参谋作用,得到医护人员及患者的认可和信任,提高了患者的用药依从性。结论:AIDS患者在临床上的特点是脆弱、易变、易耐药,只要临床重视以及临床药师在治疗团队中参与患者用药的选择和指导,及时处理病情的变化与并发症,AIDS患者的生命是可以挽救的。
Objective: To analyze the whole process of clinical pharmacy services during the treatment of critically ill AIDS patients and explore the clinical treatment and pharmacy services model of AIDS patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the whole course of clinical treatment and pharmacy services during one hospitalization of critically ill patients with AIDS. Results: The participation of clinical pharmacists in the clinical treatment of AIDS patients played a role as a staff officer in the selection and guidance of medication. The approval and trust of medical staff and patients were obtained, and the adherence of patients to medication was improved. Conclusion: The clinical features of AIDS patients are fragile, variable and resistant. As long as clinical importance and participation of clinical pharmacists in the selection and guidance of patients’ medication in the treatment team, timely treatment of the changes and complications of the disease, the life of AIDS patients Can be saved.
