不久前,青岛凯悦中心在青岛香格里拉大酒店举行了“对话奥运城市——新奥运·新青岛·新地标”的大型论坛。论坛的议题围绕着探讨奥运契机对奥运城市发展及“后奥运”的城市推动作用展开。凯悦中心请来北京的房产媒体共论发展,同时也为其在北京进行楼盘推广奠定基础和积累人气。而这是凯悦中心在青岛地区外的第二次推广。此前两个月,凯悦中心就赴香港进行了产品展销,并获得了1亿元的销售额。
