一个国家竞技体育水平,一个运动项目水平能不能上去,教练员起着非常关键的、不可替代的作用。为了进一步提高我省教练员的科学意识和理论水平,省体育局于2002年12月20～21日在合肥召开了全局教练员论文报告会,专门邀请了北京体育大学副校长、教授、博士生导师钟秉枢和北京体育大学刘柏博士对各训练单位上报的141篇论文进行评审和讲学。钟秉枢、刘柏博士针对教练员管理工作中的实际需要,运用运动训练学、运动心理学等理论知识,帮助和指导教练员更好地解决训练和比赛中遇到的实际问题,他们深入浅出,生动形象地讲学,深受教练员的喜爱和欢迎,同时更容易为教练员所理解,所掌握,所应用。
