一、前言 为了不断扩大我国优质钢生产比重,电炉炼钢工作者在党的正确领导下,近年来对电炉生产进行了一系列技术革新。有条件的电炉钢厂都已先后掌握了氧气炼钢、氧化期与熔化期重迭有强化还原期等新技术。在原有设备的基础上充分过装、不断缩短熔炼时间。使生产率相继提高。但其中熔化期改进较少,占整个熔炼时间的1/2~2/3。因而如何缩短熔化期就成为进一步强化冶炼过程的重要关鍵。特别是在五八年党中央向全国人
