我厂生产的一种铝合金薄壁壳体铸件尺寸为900×320×300mm,壁厚为5mm。要求在水温为40~60℃,压力为2~2.5kgf/cm~2,持压时间不小于2分钟的条件下进行气密性试验,不允许有渗漏现象。但由于该铸件较大,渗漏也较严重,以致影响生产的顺利进行。为此,我们除了在铸造工艺上做了一些改进外,还对已渗漏的铸件进行了焊补。我们最初采用的焊补方法是将渗漏的部位用錾子将夹渣剔除干净,然后
