2005年7月21日我国人民币汇率开始实行参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度。这也标志着我国汇率风险时代的真正来临,而习惯了固定汇率的我省外贸进出口企业不得不直面汇率浮动的风险。汇率变动带给我省企业不仅仅是经济上的损失或收益,更重要的是要从观念上进行转变,树立汇率风险意识,掌握规避汇率风险的知识、工具。
July 21, 2005 China’s RMB exchange rate started to implement a managed floating exchange rate system with reference to a basket of currencies. This also marks the real advent of the era of exchange rate risk in our country, and foreign trade import and export enterprises accustomed to a fixed exchange rate have to face the risk of exchange rate fluctuations. The change of exchange rate brought to our province enterprises is not only economic loss or income, more importantly, it is necessary to change from the concept, to establish awareness of exchange rate risk, to master the knowledge and tools to avoid exchange rate risk.
