这次会议开得很好。首先我代表省水产局对热情支持我们刊物的特邀顾问表示感谢,对我们编辑部的同志在资金紧张、工作困难的形势下出色地完成编辑出版任务表示敬意,感谢包括在座的全省水产干部对我们刊物的大力支持。刊物改为《内陆水产》后,省外专家、水产科技人员从来稿、发行上表现了很大的热情,在此亦表示感谢。下面就如何克服困难,把“两刊一报”通讯发行工作推上新水平,讲些意见。所谓上新水平,就是要使《内陆水产》突破2万份,《中国水产》5000份,《中国畜牧水产消息报》2700份。在工作上要重点抓好两个提高,两个加强。首先是提高认识。改变发行工作是份外事的观点,把“两刊一报”的发行看成是我们的本职工作的一部分。搞好“两刊一报”的发行工作是
