创造一个安全、合理、舒适、和谐并充满温馨的居住条件,已成为人们迫切的愿望,也是居民社会地位、经济收入、文化修养及生活模式的特征反映,笔者在吸收以往优秀住宅套型方案的基础上,试作了如图所示的方案,现将方案特点作如下介绍: 1.户型:一梯三户大套型多层住宅,根据场地,可单元独立,也可单元组合拼接。 2.套型:套型设计体现了“四明”(明厅、明室、明厨、明卫),三大(大厅、大厨、大卫),三分离(居寝分离、食居分离、盥洗分离),一集中(厨卫管道集中)的设计思想,每户三室两厅双阳台,平面布局紧凑合理。 3.室内功能: (1)前厅:为适应功能需求和满足使用要求,户门入口处设一前厅为缓冲空间,主作就餐,容纳冰箱、洗衣
Creating a safe, reasonable, comfortable, harmonious and warm living condition has become an urgent desire of the people. It is also a reflection of the characteristics of the residents’ social status, economic income, cultural accomplishment and life style. The author absorbs the past excellent residential design scheme. On the basis of this, the scheme shown in the figure was tried. The characteristics of the scheme are described as follows: 1. House type: A three-storey, large-planned multi-storey house can be unit-separated or unit-spliced according to the site. 2. Suit type: Set design embodies the “Four Simings” (Ming Hall, Ming Room, Ming Chu, Ming Wei), the three major (hall, chef, David), and the three separations (Separatism, Separation of Food and Housing) , washing and separating), a concentration (concentration of kitchen and toilet pipelines) design ideas, every room three bedrooms, two halls and two balconies, the plane layout is compact and reasonable. 3.Indoor function: (1) Front hall: In order to meet the functional requirements and meet the requirements of use, an entrance hall at the entrance of the door is used as a buffer space, the main dining table, the refrigerator and the laundry
