公路施工企业基层员工流失问题已经成为限制企业长远发展的重要因素,人才是企业发展的根本,只有留住了人才,企业才能在行业中脱颖而出。然而因为生活工作环境的恶劣,工作周期长以及企业不合理的管理方式使得公路施工企业基层员工的流失问题越来越严重。所以如何解决人才流失问题就成了公路施工企业急需解决的问题。
