一、推行湿風操作的经过鞍炼钢铁厂推行湿風操作是在1952年6月份开始,最初在×高炉做试验,于冷風道管上通入2寸的蒸汽管。蒸汽管上没有测量蒸汽量的仪器,只装有一蒸汽压表和一蒸汽门,凭蒸汽压力和蒸门的开关度来调节加入高炉内的蒸汽量。当时我们对湿風操作是缺乏认识的,不知道蒸汽的加入对炉况的影响如何,片面的认为蒸汽鼓風就可以提高冶炼强度,在加入蒸汽后便盲目追求風量,没有相应地提高風温。每当炉温过热或过凉或炉料不顺
