目的通过调查评价某化工有限公司职业病危害现状,为该公司职业卫生管理提供建议。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、检查表法、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法,对作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平和职业健康影响、职业卫生管理制度及其执行情况进行评价。结果该公司在生产过程中可能会产生非甲烷总烃、液化石油气、硫化氢、甲醇、丁醇、氨、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、三氧化硫、硫酸、氢氧化钠、盐酸、氯气、臭氧、噪声等职业病危害因素。结论该公司的职业病危害控制措施可行、有效,但部分岗位仍需加强治理。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the status quo of occupational diseases in a chemical company and provide suggestions for its occupational health management. Methods Through occupational health field survey, checklist method, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and other methods, the occupational disease hazard exposure level and occupational health effects, occupational health management system and its implementation were evaluated. Results The company may produce non-methane total hydrocarbons, liquefied petroleum gas, hydrogen sulfide, methanol, butanol, ammonia, carbon monoxide, nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide , Hydrochloric acid, chlorine, ozone, noise and other occupational hazards. Conclusion The company’s occupational hazards control measures are feasible and effective, but some posts still need to strengthen governance.
