目的探讨前列腺摘除术的手术方式．方法总结１９９０～１９９９年间，２０１例前列腺增生症患者经耻骨上膀胱切开前列腺摘除术中，膀胱颈的缝合方法的改进．结果此术式止血效果好，无膀胱颈狭窄．结论此法安全可靠，少并发症，疗效满意．
Objective To investigate the surgical methods of prostatectomy. Methods From 1990 to 1999, 201 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by suprapubic cystectomy in prostatectomy and bladder neck suture method was improved. Results of this technique hemostatic effect, no bladder neck stenosis. Conclusion This method is safe and reliable, with few complications and satisfactory results.
