驾考是公安交管工作中的一项基础工作,是源头管理的门户。当前,随着驾考改革涉及到的自学直考、自主约考以及新形势下面临的压力,各类社会矛盾积聚多发、交织复杂,同时,人民群众的法制观念、维权意识不断增强,对公安交管驾考的期望要求也越来越高,特别是对考试员履职能力、考试电子评判设备应用、服务水平等都面临着更大的挑战。仅此,笔者结合工作实际提出建议,以期为弥补不足和提高驾考工作质量提供参考。
Driving test is a basic work of public security management, is the source of management portal. At present, as the driving test reform involves self-study, independent test and pressure under the new situation, various types of social conflicts accumulate and are complicated. At the same time, the people’s awareness of the legal system and rights protection continue to grow, The requirements of traffic management drive test are also getting higher and higher, especially for examiners to perform their duties, exam electronic evaluation equipment applications, service levels are facing greater challenges. This alone, the author put forward suggestions based on the actual work, with a view to making up for deficiencies and improve the quality of driving test to provide a reference.
