关于组织公民行为(OCB)的研究已经进行了20多年,OCB与绩效之间的关系受到了学者的广泛关注。本文在对OCB和绩效基本理论进行阐述的基础上,归纳总结了国内外学者关于二者关系的研究观点、研究方法及国内研究存在的问题。文章最后提出未来研究方向,认为学者们需要在组织公民行为的负面影响、组织公民行为与绩效的因果关系、新的调节变量以及二者关系的跨文化对比研究方面进行深入探讨。
The research on OCB has been going on for more than two decades and the relationship between OCB and performance has drawn wide attention from scholars. On the basis of expounding the basic theory of OCB and performance, this paper summarizes the research perspectives, research methods and problems in domestic research both at home and abroad. Finally, the article puts forward the research direction in the future, and holds that scholars need to conduct an in-depth discussion on the negative impact of OCB, the causal relationship between OCB and new regulatory variables, and the cross-cultural comparative study of the two.
