外感高热是常见内科急症之一,我院1993年以来,采用临床经验处方制备纯中药制剂退热口服液,治疗外感高热150例,获得较好疗效.现介绍如下.1 处方与制备 1.1 处方金银花、连翘、黄芩、柴胡各100g,板兰根、鱼腥草、败酱草、木蝴蝶、炙麻黄各150g,生石膏300g,大黄30g,羌活60g,共制1000ml. 1.2 制备方法取金银花、羌活、柴胡、鱼腥草、败酱草置挥发油提取器中,浸泡1h,水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油,备用.余药加水浸泡2h,与蒸馏后的药渣共同煎煮,第1次煎煮1.5h,第2次煎煮1h,合并2次滤液
