本刊讯2014年12月26日,上海市民政局、上海市社会团体管理局沪民社服[2014]2号文件宣布,上海市集邮协会为4A级社会组织,并授予铜牌。上海市集邮协会就此成为市交通委下属协会中唯一创评成功的专业性4A级社团。根据全国集邮联五年工作纲要“加强邮协组织自身建设,积极参加当地民政部门组织的社团等级评定”的要求,上海市集邮协会进行了社团规范化创评工作,以勇争第一为目标,希望通过本次评估鞭策各项工作进一步规范化、制度化、程序化。市邮协专门成立了由副会长、秘书长吴才鸿亲自挂帅的“创评工
