目的建立工作场所空气中异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯和二甲苯气相色谱同时测定的方法。方法采用活性炭管吸附空气中异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯和二甲苯,二硫化碳解吸后进气相色谱(FID)测定。结果异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯和二甲苯的保留时间分别为1.470、3.074、3.778、4.998、5.477和6.595 min,线性范围分别为39.50~790.0、44.55~891.00、8.75~175.00、43.30~866.00、43.78~875.60和43.30~866.00μg/ml,检出限分别为1.8、2.3、0.7、0.9、1.7和0.9μg/ml,最低检出浓度分别为1.2、1.5、0.5、0.6、1.1和0.6 mg/m3(采样体积1.5L计),解吸效率分别为95.46%~96.43%、96.12%~96.80%、96.11%~97.61%、94.83%~97.05%、94.91%~96.98%和95.03%~95.48%。结论该方法适合工作场所空气中异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯和二甲苯气相色谱同时测定。且方法简单、迅速、重现性好,适合一般实验室应用。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of isopropanol, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, butyl acetate and xylene in the air of the workplace by gas chromatography. Methods Adsorption of isopropanol, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, butyl acetate and xylene in the air by activated charcoal tube and desorption of carbon disulfide by gas chromatography (FID). Results The retention times of isopropanol, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, butyl acetate and xylene were 1.470, 3.074, 3.778, 4.998, 5.477 and 6.595 min, respectively. The linear ranges were 39.50-790.0,44.55-891.00,8.75 ~ 175.00, 43.30 ~ 866.00, 43.78 ~ 875.60 and 43.30 ~ 866.00μg / ml, the detection limits were 1.8,2.3,0.7,0.9,1.7 and 0.9μg / ml, the minimum detectable concentrations were 1.2,1.5,0.5, Desorption efficiencies were 95.46% ~ 96.43%, 96.12% ~ 96.80%, 96.11% ~ 97.61%, 94.83% ~ 97.05%, 94.91% ~ 96.98% and 0.6% 95.03% ~ 95.48%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of isopropanol, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, butyl acetate and xylene in the air of workplace. And the method is simple, rapid, reproducible, suitable for general laboratory applications.
