伴随着烟草行业的不断发展,烟叶打叶复烤企业集团化的趋势增强。由于集团化的企业成立对于管理有着更高的要求,如何利用现有的人员和技术做好企业管理是烟叶打叶复烤企业所要面临的重大问题。本篇文章就是对集团化烟叶打叶复烤企业在开展项目管理中出现的问题进行分析,并且提出了相应的项目管理策略,对项目实施的成本进行更好地控制,提升效率。
With the continuous development of the tobacco industry, the trend of tobacco-leaf rejuvenation enterprises has become more and more integrated.
